Shaun is a consultant solicitor primarily working in the midlands regions although he does have clients further afield.

He attended at Nottingham University where I got my 2.1 honours degree in law and then Staffordshire University where he completed the LPC.

He previously worked at the Smith Partnership Solicitors where at first he was an accredited police station representative where he dealt with criminal matters at the investigation stage.

He has been qualified as a solicitor in excess of 17 years and a duty solicitor for over 16 years during which he has acquired a vast level of experience.

He has represented client at the police station and Magistrates Courts where he specialised in youth court advocacy and representation focusing on the reasons that young people started off committing offences and attempting to provide support and assistance and help rather than imprisonment.

He Commenced prison law work from 2006.

Shaun has represented numerous lifers including high profile convicted murderers where release was secured.

He also has experience in representing IPP inmates for the entire range of offences.

Shaun is particularly skilful at cross examination and is always keen to expose nonsensical negative recommendations by professionals.

He has vast experience in independent adjudications and again excellent record for acquittals following trial.

He enjoys travelling, socialising, hiking and Siberian Huskies in spare time.

Shaun has hiked the majority of the Lynn Peninsula coastal path, Cami de Cavalls in Menorca and large chunks of the Cardigan coastal in Wales.
